Remember you don’t need to be able to outrun the bear. You only need to be able to outrun the person who is with you.

If people insist on going where bears live – the bears have every right to think of them as meals on wheels. Pepper is a seasoning, makes idiots taste better. Soft on the outside – crunchy on the inside…fun to chase. What’s not to like?

This sign is for pretty much anyone in on these comments. While being funny, its giving the message “be safe, don’t be an idiot”. The people who wrote this are laughing at YOU.

Also, you need to make noise from afar so you’re not sneaking up on the bear. So the ‘shit’ is relevant in saying a bear will fucking kill you anyway. The sign calls you an idiot for not knowing shit you already should, and then makes you PARANOID; and is funny.

So, tourists going to Alaska: “Know your shit and don’t die.”

So Simba, its the circle; Where, someone writes something funny and I laugh and then everyone else is stupid. It’s Mufahsah’s great circle of life.
